| The Xin Man branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (NHCSXH) signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the communes in the area. |
At the conference, the Xin Man branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies reported on the results of implementing policy credit programs in the area, especially credit for poor households, near-poor households, newly-escaped-poverty households, and other policy beneficiaries. Over the past period, preferential credit capital has made a significant contribution to socio- economic development, poverty reduction, job creation, and improving the lives of people in the communes.
The two sides discussed and agreed on areas of cooperation in the coming period, including: disseminating information on preferential credit policies; monitoring loan and capital utilization activities; promoting the role of the Fatherland Front in mobilizing the people to comply with the regulations of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies; and coordinating efforts to understand loan needs and promptly report difficulties and obstacles from the grassroots level.
Following the agreement, representatives from the Xín Mần branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) and the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committees of the communes signed a cooperation agreement. The signing aims to improve the efficiency of managing and utilizing policy credit funds, while also strengthening the connection between the Fatherland Front system and the VBSP in implementing social welfare programs.
