Children's Empowerment Day 2025

On December 13th, at Yen Thanh Ethnic Boarding Secondary School, Good Neighbors International (GNI) of South Korea in the Quang Binh area organized the 2025 Children's Empowerment Day. Attending the event were local Party and government leaders; teachers and students from the three GNI project communes: Yen Thanh, Bang Lang, and Tan Trinh.

Students participated in learning about topics related to the 2025 Children's Empowerment Day.

At the event, primary and secondary school students participated in many rich and practical experiential activities, focusing on developing essential skills such as: communication skills; teamwork; creative thinking; prevention and combating school violence and child abuse; environmental protection; and mental health care. The content was integrated through games, group activities, and real-life scenarios, creating a lively, engaging atmosphere suitable for the students' age group.

Students participating in the drawing competition on animal protection are also protecting the environment.

Through this event, we aim to raise awareness among students, families, and the community about the role of life skills education , while creating a safe and friendly environment for children in ethnic minority areas to develop comprehensively in terms of intellect and physical well-being. This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating GNI's concern and support in caring for, protecting, and developing children in the project area.
