The delegation of the 15th National Assembly of the province met with voters in Yen Minh commune.

On the afternoon of December 13th, the delegation of the 15th National Assembly of Tuyen Quang province, including comrades: Ly Thi Lan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of the province; Pham Thuy Chinh, Deputy Chair of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee; Hoang Ngoc Dinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, concurrently Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command; Trang A Duong, Member of the National Assembly, working full-time at the National Assembly's Ethnic Council; and Vuong Thi Huong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Pa Vay Su commune, met with voters in Yen Minh commune following the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the conference, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies informed voters about the results of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; and the activities of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies during the session. The 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly considered and decided on many strategic issues of special importance to the country's development orientation in the new era. After 40 days of diligent and scientific work, the National Assembly passed 51 laws and 8 resolutions. At the same time, it summarized the work of the 2021-2026 term, decided on personnel matters, conducted thematic supervision on environmental protection, discussed the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress, and considered major issues on socio -economic development and the state budget...

The Tuyen Quang Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies proactively and thoroughly prepared for the 10th Session, through the development of a plan for meeting with constituents, organizing consultations on draft laws, conducting surveys to support the session's agenda, and compiling and forwarding 55 constituent recommendations to relevant authorities. During the session, there were 73 speeches delivered in the National Assembly, with many opinions being considered and incorporated into draft documents.

Voters in Yen Minh commune frankly expressed many opinions focusing on issues affecting people's lives, such as: investing in infrastructure for the Yen Minh Regional General Hospital; the issuance of land use right certificates; medical examination and treatment under health insurance and regulations on referral; construction of bridges for the people; and the exploitation and improvement of the effectiveness of the public address system. In addition, voters proposed issues related to socio-economic development and infrastructure, including: merging the Yen Minh commune's junior and senior high schools; building a central market for the commune; dredging and widening several streams; constructing irrigation works and rural concrete roads; urban beautification in the commune's center; and the merging of villages...

Speaking at the meeting with voters, Ms. Pham Thuy Chinh, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and efforts of the commune, village officials, and people of Yen Minh commune in the past period. Regarding the opinions and suggestions of the voters, the provincial National Assembly delegation seriously considered them. For issues within their authority, they requested the Party Committee, the Yen Minh commune government, and relevant agencies to focus on resolving them. For issues beyond their authority, the delegation will compile them and submit recommendations to the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries and agencies, and the province for consideration and resolution.
