On December 13th, the Thai Binh Volunteer Group, in collaboration with philanthropists, organized the charity program "Warm Winter in the Highlands - Connecting and Sharing Love," distributing gifts and support to people in difficult circumstances in Thanh Cong commune, Cao Bang province.

During the program, the delegation distributed 100 gift packages to 100 families, each package including 500,000 VND in cash, 10 kg of rice, a box of instant noodles, and other essential necessities. In addition, the delegation gave 15 more gift packages to families in particularly difficult circumstances, each worth 3 million VND plus other gifts. The total cost of the program exceeded 150 million VND, contributed by club members and generous donors.
