On the morning of December 12th, the Provincial Red Cross Society held an inauguration ceremony for a charitable house donated to the family of Mr. Pham Van La, a near-poor household with particularly difficult circumstances in Quang Lac village, Duc Hop commune.

Leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society presented financial assistance for house construction to Mr. Pham Van La's family.
Mr. La's family's single-story house was dilapidated and severely degraded, posing a safety risk, especially during the rainy season. The Habitat for Humanity organization provided 100 million VND to build a new house for Mr. La's family. This funding was disbursed in two installments. In the first installment, the Provincial Red Cross Society provided 50 million VND to Mr. La's family. Now, after two months of construction, the house is complete, and the Provincial Red Cross Society has provided the remaining 50 million VND to Mr. La's family.
