The Prime Minister requested urgent measures to mitigate the consequences of natural disasters and ensure the people's needs are met during the Lunar New Year holiday.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister requested ministries, sectors, localities, corporations, and state - owned enterprises to urgently overcome the consequences of natural disasters, quickly stabilize people's lives, accelerate the restoration of production and business, actively promote economic growth, and effectively control inflation.

The Prime Minister requested the vigorous and effective implementation of the "Quang Trung Campaign," determined to complete the repair of houses for families whose homes were severely damaged before December 31, 2025; and to rebuild houses and resettle all families whose houses were destroyed, collapsed, or swept away by January 31, 2026 at the latest.

The Prime Minister also directed the promotion of production and business, boosting consumption, and serving the people during the year-end and Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse).

The Ministry of Industry and Trade is tasked with leading and coordinating with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other agencies and localities to decisively implement solutions to strongly promote exports, especially during the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, to meet the consumption needs of the international market during Christmas and New Year holidays.

Ministries, agencies, and localities should flexibly and effectively utilize price regulation tools and measures as prescribed by law to control and stabilize the market; strengthen the effective implementation and supervision of price declaration and price listing measures; and publicly disclose price information. They should organize inspections, audits, and strictly handle price violations.
