Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Nguyen Khac Toan, presented a commemorative gift to the founder of Pacific Construction Group, Nghiem Gioi Hoa.

During the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa thanked the leaders of Hue city for their warm welcome; and expressed his admiration for the rapid urban development of Hue in recent times, especially the harmony between traditional architecture and modern urban space. He stated that Pacific Construction Group has implemented many large-scale projects in many countries, particularly in key transportation sectors, new urban areas, commercial and service complexes, green infrastructure development, and smart infrastructure.

Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa stated that Hue is a city with rich potential, a distinct cultural identity, and is developing in a modern and sustainable direction. These factors are very suitable for the Group's investment strategy. The Group wishes to learn more about the city's investment projects, especially in the areas of transportation infrastructure development, urban renovation and expansion, construction of new functional zones, and cooperation in the smart city model.

He proposed that both sides maintain technical exchanges, organize field survey delegations, and work with specialized units to assess the feasibility of implementing specific projects. The corporation affirmed that it would conduct thorough research, comply with Vietnamese law, and commit to long-term cooperation if investment opportunities arise in Hue.

During the meeting, Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan welcomed Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa and the delegation to Hue City; he highly appreciated the capacity and experience of Pacific Construction Group in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects in many countries. He also stated that Hue is actively attracting investment in the following areas: smart urban development, technical infrastructure, urban renovation and expansion, urban transportation, tourism services, and cultural industries. The city particularly prioritizes investors with strong potential, advanced technology, and experience in developing synchronous and modern infrastructure.
