Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Joint Stock Company celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Attending and offering congratulations were Comrade Hoang Gia Long, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial and local departments and agencies; invited partners from Japan and China; as well as shareholders and generations of company officials and employees.

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the 30-year tradition of overcoming difficulties in construction and development from 1995 to the present. Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Joint Stock Company, abbreviated as HGM, was formerly Ha Giang Mechanical Enterprise and Ha Giang Mineral Exploitation and Processing Company. In 1995, Ha Giang Mechanical Enterprise and Ha Giang Mineral Exploitation and Processing Company were merged to form Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Exploitation Company.

Overcoming difficulties, the production of Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Mining Company gradually improved. Since 2003, the company has built a 1,000-ton capacity antimony metal smelting plant in Mau Due commune, confirming that the shift from mining and exporting raw minerals to investing in deep processing was a correct decision, developing in accordance with the directives of the Party and the State. In 2005, the company underwent equitization; in 2009, its shares were listed on the HNX stock exchange under the name HGM.

After 30 years of construction and development, the company has steadily grown. Located in one of the most remote and impoverished regions of the country, the company's antimony metal products have reached the most demanding markets in the world , including Japan, the United States, Germany, South Korea, and India. In 2024, the company's revenue exceeded 378 billion VND, and in the first 10 months of 2025, revenue reached a record high of over 634 billion VND. In the first 10 months of 2025, the company contributed over 122 billion VND to the state budget. To date, the average monthly income of employees is over 22 million VND. The company fulfills its budgetary obligations to the State. HGM also maintains a stable and high dividend payout policy for many years.

The company pays close attention to the development of Party organizations and mass organizations; the company's Party branch currently has 29 members, and the Trade Union operates effectively, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees. In recent years, Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Joint Stock Company has always been at the forefront by allocating tens of billions of VND to support communes, social welfare activities, disaster relief, disease prevention, and support the provincial scholarship fund.

To date, Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Joint Stock Company has received numerous flags and certificates of merit from the Government, central ministries and agencies, and the People's Committee of Ha Giang province for its outstanding achievements in emulation campaigns. In 2021, the company's AH products were ranked among the Top 20 famous national brands; in 2024, the company was recognized as one of the Top 10 most trusted enterprises in Vietnam within the same economic sector. In 2025, the company was honored to receive the title of Outstanding Cultural Enterprise of the Ho Chi Minh Era from the Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations. The company's grassroots trade union was recognized as an advanced model in the national patriotic emulation movement, 2020-2025.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long presented Certificates of Commendation from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to collectives and individuals of the Company for their achievements in social welfare work. The ceremony also announced the decision of the General Department of Customs recognizing outstanding collectives and individuals for developing partnerships between customs, businesses, and stakeholders at Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Joint Stock Company.
