On the morning of October 8, Ho Chi Minh City Police held a ceremony to launch the receiving and returning results department at the police stations of several wards in the city.
Attending the launching ceremony of the reception and result delivery department at Thu Dau Mot Ward Police were Major General Ta Van Dep, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police, and representatives of some professional departments of Ho Chi Minh City Police, and leaders of Thu Dau Mot Ward.
To serve Resolution 57, the commune-level police force is focused on building and modernizing not only in terms of personnel but also in the capacity to apply digital technology . The commune police are not simply a force to maintain security and order at the grassroots level, but also become a trusted companion, helping people easily access digital utilities and carry out administrative procedures conveniently and quickly.
According to Major General Ta Van Dep, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police, for Ho Chi Minh City Police, the Board of Directors also identified digital transformation as a decisive factor in innovating leadership, direction and operation methods. Digital transformation from manual work to electronic environment, digital platform and advanced technology. On the same morning, Ho Chi Minh City Police held a launching ceremony for the reception and result delivery department at Lai Thieu Ward Police Station with the motto "Modern - Aesthetic - Spacious - Convenient - Serving the people".
The area for receiving and returning administrative procedure results of Lai Thieu Ward Police has an area of about 66m2 , invested from the previous project to expand and renovate Thuan An City Police. Therefore, it has basically been guaranteed, only renovating and installing some necessary items.
In general, the renovation, repair and purchase of the above equipment basically meet the requirements for working facilities of the department receiving and returning results of administrative procedures of the ward police. People expressed their agreement and excitement on the first day of operation of this department.
A representative of Lai Thieu Ward Police said that the launch of the department for receiving and returning administrative procedure results at the commune police station has become an important identification point of Ho Chi Minh City Police in handling administrative procedures.
