Congress of Women's Union of An Giang Provincial Military Command

Lieutenant Colonel Truong Ut Bac, Deputy Chief of Politics of An Giang Provincial Military Command, presented the decision appointing the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In the 2021 - 2025 term, the Women's Union of the Military Command of An Giang province has deployed and comprehensively completed the tasks and targets set out in the resolution, with many tasks completed well and excellently. The Association advised the Party Committee and the Military Command of An Giang province to visit and give gifts to children, pay tribute to heroic Vietnamese mothers... with an implementation cost of over 300 million VND; deployed the model "Women help each other develop family economy", "Nurturing knowledge"; effectively implemented the "Godmother" program, sponsored 3 orphans during the COVID-19 pandemic with an amount of more than 19 million VND/year.

The contents and forms of activities of the Association have been gradually innovated. Cadres and members have a steadfast, strong spirit, high sense of responsibility, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks, building military women with "Intelligence, courage, discipline, and humanity", contributing to shining the noble image of Uncle Ho's soldiers.

The Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command has been strong and excellent for many consecutive years and has been awarded certificates of merit by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, the General Department of Politics, the Military Region 9 Command, and the Military Command of An Giang Province.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of the Military Command of An Giang province set out three important tasks and solutions: Focus on improving the quality and efficiency of the activities of grassroots women's associations; focus on building advanced examples and new models; promote emulation movements.

At the congress, the An Giang Provincial Military Party Committee appointed the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 comrades.
