Bang Thanh helps people overcome the consequences of storms and floods

Due to the impact of storm No. 11, in Bang Thanh commune, there were many landslides causing damage to houses, agriculture, educational facilities and traffic. After the storm, the commune government mobilized all forces to focus on quickly overcoming the consequences of the storm.

Bang Thanh Commune has directed the construction of temporary camps to move people to avoid and take shelter from the storm.

According to initial statistics, the whole commune has 13 households affected by quite serious landslides, such as: Mr. Ca Van Ty's household (Na Nghe village); Quach Van Giai (Dong Leo village); Dang Van Cao (Na Lang village)...

In addition to housing damage, floods also affected and damaged many areas of rice and corn, which were buried or collapsed; 02 livestock barns were damaged; the inter-village and intra-village traffic system was also eroded at many points, including 4 points on Khuoi Linh road, 3 points on Nam May - Na Hoi route, 2 points in Vi Lap - Phieng Tac and many other sections were locally blocked.
