At the reception ceremony, leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province awarded the Certificate of National Monument Ranking of Lo Giang Palace to Hong Minh commune, recognizing the great historical and cultural values of the relic in the flow of national history.
800 years ago, on the ancient Thai Lang land (today's Hong Minh commune), the Tran kings and generals built a base to fight against foreign invaders and protect the country. Tran Temple (Thai Lang) - Lo Giang Palace is worshiping 7 former emperors of the Tran dynasty, and is also a place to commemorate the famous national mothers of the Tran dynasty. Through the ups and downs of history, being occupied and destroyed by the French, the local people collected and preserved the relics and gradually restored and rebuilt the temple to commemorate the contributions of the Tran kings to fight against the Yuan-Mongol invaders in the 13th century. On October 14, 2003, Tran Temple (Thai Lang) - Lo Giang Palace (Hong Minh commune) was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a provincial-level historical and cultural relic.

In 2014 - 2015, in the area of Tran Temple (Thai Lang) - Lo Giang Palace, the Thai Binh Provincial Museum (old) coordinated with the Citadel Research Center to conduct 3 archaeological excavations on an area of 800 m2 , providing many valuable and unique documents on the art of architectural construction of the Tran Dynasty, at the same time reflecting more clearly on a unique historical and cultural period of the Tran Dynasty.
The Tran Temple Festival (Thai Lang) - Lo Giang Palace takes place in 3 days (18th - 20th of the 8th lunar month) with many rituals such as: opening the temple, offering incense, carrying palanquins and folk games. The festival attracts a large number of tourists from all over the country, showing the unique culture of the locality, contributing to promoting the image of the homeland, promoting tourism and socio-economic development.
