On October 9, localities organized a campaign to support people affected by storms and floods and launched a campaign to support the "For the Poor" Fund.

On the afternoon of October 9, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hong Quang commune organized a campaign to support people affected by storm No. 10 and the commune's "For the Poor" Fund in 2025.

In the spirit of mutual love, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune calls on cadres, party members, armed forces, business community, agencies, units, organizations and people inside and outside the commune to support money and goods, join hands to support people in areas affected by storm No. 10 to overcome damage, stabilize their lives soon; support the commune's "Fund for the Poor" in 2025 to promptly support households in difficult circumstances in the locality.

At the launching conference, the commune received a total amount of over 200 million VND; of which, over 100 million VND supported people affected by storm No. 10 and over 100 million VND supported the commune's "Fund for the Poor" in 2025.

According to the plan, the time to receive support will take place from October 9 to November 3, 2025 in 2 forms: Transfer to the account of the Hung Yen Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee and receive direct support in cash and goods at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hong Quang commune.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province to receive support for people affected by storm No. 11, in recent days, people of Quang Uyen village (Viet Yen commune) have actively participated in donating and mobilizing more than 800 gifts including necessities such as bottled water, instant noodles and nearly 8 million VND in cash.

On October 9, the volunteer group of Quang Uyen village organized the transportation of all the gifts and gave them to the representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province to send to households in the damaged areas.
