Approving scripts for art programs serving within the framework of "World Culture Day in Hanoi"

On October 9, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 3580/QD - BVHTTDL on approving the script of the Art Program serving the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and activities within the framework of the first "World Culture Day in Hanoi" Program in 2025.

Pursuant to Decision No. 3452/QD-BVHTTDL dated September 26, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on organizing performances of the Art Program serving the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and activities within the framework of the Program " World Culture Day in Hanoi" for the first time in 2025; At the request of the Director of the Vietnam National Traditional Theater in Official Dispatch No. 104/CV-NHSKTTQGVN dated October 6, 2025 on approving the script of the Art Program serving the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and activities within the framework of the Program "World Culture Day in Hanoi" for the first time in 2025;... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has approved the script of the Art Program serving the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and activities within the framework of the Program "World Culture Day in Hanoi" for the first time in 2025.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigns the Vietnam National Traditional Theater the responsibility of organizing new staging of works, practicing and performing art products approved in Article 1 of this Decision.

The art program serving the Opening Ceremony within the framework of the first "World Culture Day in Hanoi " Program in 2025 will take place on October 10, 2025 at Thang Long Imperial Citadel.

With the theme "Colors of Vietnam - Rhythm of the World", the art program is like an affirmation: each culture has its own color, together creating a brilliant harmony of humanity. Vietnam is proud to contribute to that common picture sounds, melodies and colors that are both traditional and modern, both familiar and integrated.

The art program will be told through three chapters, as a journey connecting traditional heritage (Heritage) to modernity and international integration including: Chapter 1: "Heritage Melody - where folk melodies and national music resonate, traditional colors create the origin and unique cultural qualities of Vietnam; Chapter 2: "Modern Colors" - depicting a youthful, creative, integrated Vietnam, where new colors blend with the rhythm of modern life; Chapter 3: "In harmony with the world" - Vietnam opens its arms to welcome friends from all over the world, together creating a global symphony, connecting hearts through music and art.

The art program serving the Closing Ceremony within the framework of the first "World Culture Day in Hanoi" Program in 2025 will take place on October 12, 2025 at Thang Long Imperial Citadel. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Director of the Department of Performing Arts, Director of the Vietnam National Traditional Theater and Heads of relevant units and individuals to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
