Flooded areas in Lang Son seen from a helicopter
On the morning of October 8, the Ministry of National Defense dispatched three helicopters to deliver essential supplies to people in isolated flood-hit areas in Lang Son and Cao Bang. The floods following storm No. 11 have left 13 people dead or missing and nearly 16,000 houses deeply inundated.
