The Women's Union of Do Vinh Ward has just launched the model "Zero-VND stall - Whoever has it, come give, whoever needs it, come take", located at the Cultural House of Lang Ngua Residential Group and opened every Tuesday and Friday morning. Initially, the association mobilized cadres, women's union members and people to contribute more than 500 sets of clothes, shoes, handbags, backpacks... that are still in good condition and arranged and displayed at the model for those in need to come and take. Ms. Mang Thi Thao (Lang Ngua Residential Group, Raglai people) shared: "My family has many children and is in difficult circumstances, so I often come to choose suitable clothes for the whole family. The model has many new and beautiful items, so I save a lot of money on buying clothes. I find the model very interesting and meaningful." According to Ms. Le Thi Anh Truc - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Chairman of the Women's Union of the ward, the model is not only a specific project and task to welcome the congress but also shows the spirit of "mutual love", sharing, love, and helping each other in the lives of female cadres and members. The branches also mobilized funds to donate 10 gifts of necessities to families in difficult circumstances in the two residential groups of Lang Ngua and Nui Ngong.

Meanwhile, from the contributions of cadres and members, the Women's Union of Nam Nha Trang Ward has donated 123 health insurance cards to disadvantaged students in primary schools: Vinh Thai, Vinh Truong, Phuoc Thinh, Phuoc Dong, Phuoc Hai 1 and Phuoc Long 2. Thereby, helping students have better health care conditions, reducing financial burdens when sick and ill and improving the quality of life.
The Nha Trang Ward Women's Union mobilized funds from donors to implement the program "Giving love - Helping children go to school". The Union gave 20 scholarships, 120 gifts, and other gifts to students and families in difficult circumstances in the residential groups of Vung Ngan, Bich Dam, and Tri Nguyen with a total value of 76.5 million VND. The gifts are a source of encouragement, adding confidence and determination for people in difficult circumstances to rise up in life.

Her husband died early, leaving Ms. Huynh Thi Phuoc (Van Thach village, Tan Dinh commune) alone to raise 6 children. When her children had families, she lived alone in an old, seriously degraded mud-walled house. She had many illnesses, but she still tried to sell lottery tickets to make a living. Knowing her situation, the Women's Union of Tan Dinh commune coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association to mobilize funds to build a house of gratitude for her and hand it over at the end of September 2025. The new house was built with a total value of 220 million VND from the support of benefactors, localities, family and children, which is the happiness of Ms. Phuoc. At the house handover ceremony, units, localities and organizations donated household items and cash to support her living. Ms. Phuoc shared: "Thank you to the Women's Union of the commune and benefactors for helping me have a cozy house, no longer worried every time the rainy season comes".
Joining hands to clean up the environment, Cam An Commune Women's Union implemented the project "Women's Flower Garden" to create a green - clean - beautiful landscape. The cadres and women's union members of Bac Nha Trang Ward also took part in taking care of and renovating the 1km bougainvillea road and cleaning up the environment. According to the plan, in the coming time, the Women's Union of the Ward will continue to give health insurance cards to women and students in difficult circumstances; award scholarships to orphans and students who are children of cadres and union members in difficult circumstances; organize folk dance and sports festivals...
Ms. Phan Thi Hoa Binh - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union said that to welcome the 1st Congress of Women at all levels, term 2025 - 2030, the unions at all levels actively implemented many practical activities. The projects and tasks not only demonstrate the sense of responsibility and creativity of women in building their homeland and joining hands for the community, but also support those in difficult circumstances.
