Free road access for relief convoys in storm and flood areas

From October 8, 2025, Deo Ca Group will exempt road use fees for all relief convoys to localities to overcome the consequences of storms No. 10 and No. 11 when passing through toll stations managed and operated by this enterprise.

Vehicles traveling on the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway are managed and operated by Deo Ca Group.

According to the Vietnam Road Administration, in recent days, storm No. 10 (Bualoi) and storm No. 11 (Matmo) have caused serious damage to people and property, greatly affecting the lives and socio -economy in the northern mountainous provinces, North Central and Central regions.

Implementing the Prime Minister 's Official Dispatch No. 176/CD-TTg dated September 29, 2025 on urgently overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10 and floods; promoting the spirit of "mutual love and support", "helping each other", the Vietnam Road Administration issued urgent Official Dispatch No. 5285/CDBVN-KHTC dated October 8, requesting investors and project enterprises to direct toll stations to exempt road use fees for vehicles transporting relief goods to people in disaster-stricken areas.

Immediately after receiving the request, Deo Ca Group announced that it would exempt all tolls for relief convoys from October 8, in order to support the fastest transportation of goods and necessities to people in flood-affected areas, contributing to stabilizing life and restoring production.

The Vietnam Road Administration also requires management units to coordinate with the Regional Road Management Area and local authorities to organize lane separation, traffic guidance, and ensure that relief vehicles move quickly and safely through toll stations. All suspensions and exemptions from toll collection must be recorded, and records and data must be fully archived according to regulations.
