71 years since Hanoi was completely liberated, from a capital devastated by war, Hanoi today has grown strongly, taking on a new look - a civilized, modern and dynamic city.

New constructions, wide open roads, modern urban areas... are proof of a Hanoi that is constantly renewing and developing - worthy of being the heart of the whole country.

Let us bow our heads in gratitude to the generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for the return of the Capital. Let us proudly look at Hanoi today – a peaceful, bright and aspirational Hanoi.
