Amway Vietnam General Director honored to receive the 2025 Asia Outstanding Entrepreneur Award

This award is for outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate leadership qualities, strategic vision, the ability to continuously innovate and are inspirational role models for the young business community in the region.

With the theme “Showcasing Future-Ready Enterprises”, the APEA 2025 Awards, organized annually by Enterprise Asia, aims to recognize and honor pioneering businesses and entrepreneurs in redefining the limits of business. By applying advanced technology and promoting sustainable business methods, these businesses not only create breakthroughs but also contribute to creating a prosperous and sustainable future.

Having been with Amway since its inception in Vietnam, Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu has spent nearly twenty years steadfastly building and shaping the success of the business. Under his strategic leadership, Amway Vietnam has grown to become one of the Top 10 markets with the largest global revenue of Amway Group.

This achievement is a clear demonstration of the vision and excellent management capacity, helping Amway Vietnam not only affirm its pioneering position in the direct selling industry but also maintain a continuous double-digit growth rate. This outstanding success has firmly marked Vietnam as an important strategic market of Amway, not only in the region but also on the world map.

Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu's influence has been recognized by the business community throughout the Asia- Pacific region with a series of prestigious titles, demonstrating his comprehensive leadership qualities. In recognition of his persistent efforts and profound social responsibility, he was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in 2023 for his active contributions to community activities, especially the Red Sunday blood donation program. In addition, he was also honored with prestigious international awards such as Top 05 Asia-Pacific Typical Leaders 2023 , affirming his strong leadership influence in the region, and the ASEAN Outstanding Manager of Vietnam Award 2020 for his outstanding contributions to a sustainable business model. These titles also clearly depict the image of a leader who balances strategic vision and social responsibility.

Under the decisive leadership of General Director Huynh Thien Trieu, Amway Vietnam has achieved a huge achievement with more than 80 other prestigious awards, firmly affirming its pioneering position in all fields. This series of honors includes: 02 prestigious Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Health, 02 Top 5 ASEAN Outstanding Enterprises awards , 09 Golden Dragon awards for breakthrough achievements in digital transformation; 06 Best Workplaces in Asia awards along with being continuously in the Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises . These outstanding collective achievements are strong evidence of a successful leadership model, harmoniously combining a sharp strategic business vision and a commitment to sustainable social responsibility that Mr. Trieu has persistently pursued.

He is also the initiator and promoter of social programs bearing the mark of Amway Vietnam, typically the Nutrilite Power of 5 nutrition support program for children under 5 years old in cooperation with the National Institute of Nutrition (Ministry of Health) (2015 - 2018) and the Project Management Board "Improving nutritional status for children under 5 years old" under the Department of Maternal and Child Health (Ministry of Health), in cooperation with Tien Phong Newspaper and Military Hospital 175 to implement the Red Sunday Blood Donation Festival program nationwide (2020-2024), and with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to coordinate in organizing social security activities for the period 2024-2025.

Not only is he excellent in business, Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu is also a strong promoter and expander of Amway Vietnam's humanistic social programs. He has persistently led the Amway Vietnam team to expand meaningful community initiatives, typically the effective implementation of the Nutrilite Power of 5 program, supporting nutrition for children under 5 years old (2015 - 2018 period), cooperating with the National Institute of Nutrition (Ministry of Health) and the Project Management Board "Improving the nutritional status of children under 5 years old" (under the Department of Maternal and Child Health, Ministry of Health). In particular, he is the initiator of large-scale cooperation programs, including coordinating with Tien Phong Newspaper and Military Hospital 175 to implement the Red Sunday Blood Donation Festival nationwide (2020-2024 period), along with close cooperation with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to organize key social security activities in the 2024-2025 period. These efforts have reinforced Amway Vietnam's commitment to creating sustainable values for the community.

The Asia Outstanding Entrepreneur Award that Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu was honored to receive this year is an affirmation of his strategic vision and continuous efforts on the journey of creating sustainable values. The APEA Award has been organized annually by the Asian Enterprise Association (Enterprise Asia) since 2007, attracting the attention of many leading companies from 16 countries and markets in the Asia-Pacific region. To find outstanding representatives for the award, the evaluation council conducted comprehensive research and evaluation of more than 300 nominees in Vietnam. The APEA 2025 Award honors businesses and entrepreneurs in four categories: Corporate Excellence Award; Fast Enterprise Award; Inspirational Brand Award; Master Entrepreneur Award.
