With the 2025 theme of “Multi-Generation Synergy”, the HR Asia Awards recognises organisations that are agile, manage generational diversity effectively and enable individuals of all ages to be heard, develop and contribute. This year's award attracted more than 700 businesses and more than 14,000 employees to complete the survey. Amway Vietnam has successfully passed the rigorous assessment process of HR Asia Awards 2025, including an internal work environment survey with nearly 70 questions following the TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) model and direct interviews with the Advisory Board. The results were outstanding with scores on a 5-point scale: 4.45 points for CORE (cultural and strategic foundation), 4.61 points for SELF (employee experience), and 4.69 points for GROUP (team bonding). These numbers are a clear demonstration of Amway's enduring commitment to creating a positive, inspiring, and people-centered work environment.

Team spirit and cohesion among members are the factors that contribute to the impressive GROUP score of 4.69/5 in the HR Asia Awards 2025 survey, reflecting a working environment where the spirit of collaboration, connection and sharing is always promoted at Amway Vietnam.
Over the years, Amway has continuously invested in internal culture building activities, typically company-wide bonding trips abroad: Korea (2022), Singapore - Malaysia (2024), Shanghai - China (2026). These trips not only bring memorable experiences but also help break down the gap between departments, creating a foundation for effective coordination at work.
In addition, the Better, Healthier You program also plays an important role in internal bonding through activities that care for physical and mental health and comprehensive personal development such as: football, gym, yoga, jogging, Health Talk sessions, and experiencing Amway nutritional products. According to the April 2025 Internal Culture Survey, the Corporate Engagement Index at Amway reached 94% and has remained above 90% since 2020. Employee satisfaction with the open, safe working environment, as well as development and promotion opportunities, all exceeded 90%. In particular, 94% of employees believe that Amway is an environment that prioritizes compliance and integrity.
