97% of surveyed employees rate Amway Vietnam as a great place to work
Based on security survey data from more than 3.2 million voices and representing the experiences of 7.5 million workers, this year's list honors organizations that are pioneers in building trust, innovation, values and leadership.
To be considered for the rankings, companies must first be recognized as excellent workplaces in their home countries by appearing on one or more Best Workplaces lists in Bahrain, Greater China (including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan), India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, UAE, and Vietnam in 2024 or early 2025.

Amway is recognized as a Great Place to Work®, with 97% of employees surveyed rating Amway as a great place to work, far exceeding the global average of only 59% of other companies (according to Great Place to Work®'s 2021 Global Employee Engagement Study). By 2025, Amway continues to affirm this position when it proudly achieves 100% (25/25) of the criteria with excellent results of 92% employee satisfaction or higher, especially with 23/25 criteria achieving 95% or higher. In addition, the Leadership Competency and Company Image and Reputation indexes also have impressive results of 97% and 95%, respectively.

Distributors and employees are the focus of development
With the global mission of 'Helping people live better lives', Amway Vietnam currently has a team of nearly 300 employees working in 13 branches and representative offices nationwide. Based on the spirit of collaboration, trust and empowerment, the company also encourages flexibility, the spirit of daring to change and being ready to accept challenges to adapt to the new context. In its operational strategy, Amway not only focuses on accompanying the distributor team but also puts employees at the center of development. This approach has helped Amway Vietnam achieve impressive results in internal surveys, with the Leadership Competency Index reaching 97% and the Company Image and Reputation reaching 95%.
One of the outstanding criteria that shows high employee satisfaction is Friendly and Supportive Environment (98%). At Amway, this spirit of support is clearly demonstrated through learning not only as an activity but also as a part of the corporate culture DNA. The training roadmap is systematically designed, suitable for each level from employees, managers, to building high-level talent, on a domestic and regional scale. In 2025, Amway Vietnam has materialized this commitment by implementing more than 260 training programs, recording 800 hours of learning with a commitment of participation from more than 80% of employees. The programs are designed in a variety of ways, from online courses personalized to the development needs of each employee, to direct training classes to improve professional capacity, build career paths and promote the application of technology, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), in daily work.

With the campaign Turn off plastic - Turn on green office, promoting social responsibility and sustainable lifestyle by encouraging employees to reduce plastic waste and refresh the workspace. The series of programs "Better & Healthier You", including Nutrition Breakfast and Sports Community, has contributed significantly to forming healthy living habits, helping employees achieve optimal physical and mental balance.
