Implementation time: The transition will take place on December 14, 2025. During this time, the Ecus6 system will be temporarily down from 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM.

The Customs Department requests that regional customs branches notify officials, businesses, and customs agents in their areas of responsibility about the temporary suspension of the system's operation.

The units should proactively arrange and schedule customs procedures appropriately, minimizing the impact on business operations. After the system is back online, the units should monitor and promptly report any anomalies to the Customs Information Technology and Statistics Department for coordinated handling.

The system access address after the conversion is: https://ccs6.customs.gov.vn (replacing http://10.224.128.226/). For businesses, the connection address remains unchanged after the system conversion.
