The "Three Best" emulation campaign aims to build a strong police force.

Over the past period, emulation movements within the People's Public Security Force, such as those focused on national security, implementing the six teachings of President Ho Chi Minh for the People's Public Security Force; achieving outstanding results to further strengthen the development of commune, ward, and special zone police forces to meet the requirements of the new situation; and special emulation campaigns to celebrate major national holidays and important political events of the country and the sector... have yielded practical results. Police officers and soldiers have achieved many accomplishments and victories in their studies, work, duties, combat, and force building, successfully completing their assigned tasks.

According to the Provincial Police Directorate, the most important discipline is building a truly clean, disciplined, and comprehensively strong police force. The entire police force must exemplify strict adherence to the Party's guidelines, policies, and leadership, as well as the State's laws and regulations; seriously implement the directives of superiors; and be ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks at the highest level. Superiors must set an example, and subordinates must learn from and emulate them, creating a standard of discipline and order, and maintaining internal unity. At the same time, they must have a healthy lifestyle, appropriate cultural conduct, a serious work style, and not violate discipline or the law, ensuring each officer is a model of exemplary adherence to the regulations of the People's Police.

"Ultimate loyalty" means building a people's police force that is absolutely loyal to the Party and the Fatherland; resolutely fighting against and refuting erroneous views and harmful information; remaining unwavering and undeterred by challenges, temptations, and bribery attacks from hostile, reactionary, and criminal forces; and placing the interests of the nation and people above all else…

"Being closest to the people" is a heartfelt command to protect the peaceful and happy lives of the people, preventing any activities that infringe upon the legitimate interests of the people from going undetected, investigated, and dealt with according to the law; staying close to the grassroots, promptly advising and resolving complex issues decisively from the outset, right at the grassroots level, preventing the emergence of "hot spots" of security and order; maximizing the spirit of being close to the people, relying on the people to effectively ensure security and order at the grassroots level.

Lieutenant Colonel Truong Van Quoc - Head of the Youth Committee of the Provincial Police Department shared: “The ‘Three Best’ emulation movement is not only a call to action for each police officer to self-reflect, to train, contribute, and grow. The young police officers in the province are the next generation, so each individual is determined to self-improve, build a clean and strong organization, and continuously strengthen the people's trust. When the people need us, when they face difficulties, the police are there… We strive to become the leading collective in the ‘Three Best’ emulation movement of the grassroots police force.”

Lieutenant Colonel Vo Van Chinh - Head of Long Xuyen Ward Police Station, expressed: “The ward police station is determined to implement the movement in a practical and effective manner; 100% of officers and soldiers will unite, set an example, and compete to excellently complete their tasks; build a clean and strong unit, preventing any violations; and be worthy of the trust and love of the Party, the government, and the people.”

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Lam Minh Thanh emphasized that the "Three Best" emulation movement is not only a task for the police force but also a leadership method of the Party aimed at building a team of cadres loyal to the Party, devoted to the people, selflessly serving the nation and the people. Party secretaries and heads of units must thoroughly understand and seriously implement this within their units; identify and honor the right people for the right work, creating a strong ripple effect so that each "Three Best" exemplary individual truly becomes a beautiful flower in the province's emulation garden.

The emulation movement for national security, through the "Three Best" emulation campaign, aims to build a clean, strong, professional, elite, and modern provincial police force; capable of fulfilling the task of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety in the new situation.
