On December 16th, the People's Council of Ba Chuc commune, term I, 2021-2026, held its 4th (special) session to consider, discuss, and decide on several important issues serving the local socio-economic development.

At the session, delegates voted to approve resolutions on the detailed allocation of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and for the year 2025, using central and local budget funds to implement the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, period 2021-2030, Phase I: from 2021-2025.

Specifically, the funding for the ethnic minority program for the period 2021-2025 is 3.447 billion VND, with 1.189 billion VND allocated for 2025; this includes implementing Project 1 to address the shortage of housing land and clean water, and Project 4, sub-project 1 to invest in essential infrastructure serving production and daily life in ethnic minority areas.

The delegates also approved a Resolution detailing the allocation of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and for the year 2025, using central and local government budget funds to implement the National Target Program for New Rural Development, 2021-2025.

Specifically, the total capital for implementation during the 2021-2025 period is 3,567 billion VND, with 2,171 billion VND allocated for 2025; this will be used to achieve the targets and criteria for building new rural areas and the One Commune One Product program (OCOP program) in the locality.
