According to the Khanh Binh Commune Police, at approximately 10:30 PM on December 15th, after receiving information about a fire, the Khanh Binh Commune Police mobilized forces, vehicles, and firefighting equipment to quickly arrive at the scene.
The firefighting force consisted of 49 people, including: Khanh Binh commune police, local security and order forces, Khanh Binh commune Military Command, volunteer firefighting team, along with 3 cars, 4 fire engines, and 1 boat used for firefighting.
The Long Binh Border Gate Border Guard Station (under the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command) dispatched 15 officers and soldiers to coordinate and participate in firefighting efforts.
At midnight on December 16th, 10 officers and soldiers along with 2 fire engines from the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department of An Giang province arrived to assist in firefighting efforts.
By 2:00 AM on December 16th, the fire was completely extinguished.
The fire did not cause any casualties. The extent of property damage and the cause of the fire are currently being investigated by the relevant authorities.
