The Party Committee of Go Quao commune has 46 subordinate Party branches and committees, with 1,197 Party members. In implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016, of the Politburo on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, the commune Party Committee has thoroughly disseminated the thematic content for the entire term and annually to cadres and Party members.

Local authorities affirmed that "learning" is only the first step, the ideological foundation; the important issue is to mobilize cadres, Party members, civil servants, and the people to follow suit, ensuring consistency between thought and action, between words and deeds.

According to Standing Committee member and Head of the Party Building Committee of Go Quao Commune Party Committee, Truong Kim Anh, learning from and following Uncle Ho's teachings is not something grandiose, but rather starts with simple, everyday things, according to one's job position and age. This is the message that the commune Party Committee has consistently implemented, transforming Uncle Ho's teachings into concrete projects and tasks, contributing to Go Quao's rapid and sustainable development, and aiming to become an advanced new rural commune by 2030.

Annually, the commune Party Committee directs grassroots Party committees, branches, and mass organizations to develop plans to implement the content of Directive No. 05-CT/TW; linking the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings with the implementation of political tasks, patriotic emulation movements, and the building of new rural areas.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee directed Party committees, heads of agencies and units, cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees to innovate working methods and styles, and improve public service ethics according to the motto of being close to the people, regularly engaging in direct dialogue with the people, listening to and understanding their thoughts and aspirations. As a result, many cadres and Party members have demonstrated pioneering and exemplary roles, striving to successfully complete their assigned tasks.

For over five years as Party Branch Secretary and Head of An Hoa Hamlet, Ms. Thi Sach Tha has always "matched words with actions," striving to contribute to the comprehensive development of the hamlet. 88% of the hamlet's population are ethnic minorities. "Imbued with Uncle Ho's teachings, I strive my best for the common good, always putting the collective interest first, taking the lead in all activities, fostering unity within the Party branch, and consensus among the people. I proactively grasp the situation in the hamlet, resolving people's issues early on, building trust and consensus among the people in carrying out political tasks at the grassroots level," Ms. Tha shared.

The Party Committee of Go Quao commune has promptly implemented the commendation and reward of collectives and individuals, along with the replication of exemplary models and best practices in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, creating a widespread impact throughout the area. Regular inspections and monitoring of the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings are carried out to promptly remind and correct collectives and individuals who are not performing well.

To date, the locality has seen many meaningful and exemplary models and initiatives, such as: the commune police's model of "Each official and Party member writes a daily diary," with the goal of doing one good deed for the people each day; the movements "Go Quao Youth joining hands to build new rural areas," "Youth volunteers," "Women helping each other develop sustainable economy ," the "Lighting up rural roads" model, fundraising for the poor, building charity houses and houses for comrades, "Every teacher is a role model of morality, self-learning and creativity"...

The people of Go Quao commune have actively responded to the call to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh's teachings. In implementing the movement "People joining hands with local authorities to build new rural areas," Mr. Danh Sang contributed labor and money to build rural roads in An Trung hamlet.

He shared: “Uncle Ho is a shining example for me to learn from throughout my life. Learning from and following Uncle Ho helps me realize my responsibility, and that my family needs to work together and contribute to building our homeland through concrete actions. Each family actively participating in movements launched by the government and local authorities is contributing to building a more prosperous and beautiful Go Quao homeland.”
