Weaving for the New Year

This year, Coca-Cola offers an inspiring perspective: Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) is not just about traditional customs and activities, but also a moment for everyone to come together and "weave" a creative festive atmosphere. Inspired by the unique textile culture of Vietnam's ethnic groups, each individual, with their own personality and joy, will be a valuable element, contributing to a vibrant and complete picture of Tet.

At the heart of the campaign is an inspiring spirit of co-creation, where generational gaps are blurred. Coca-Cola believes that the magic of Tet lies in this fusion: when the traditional beauty of grandparents and parents blends with the dynamism and modernity of young people, breathing new life into the holiday. This spirit is vividly conveyed through the campaign's upcoming Tet film, using AI technology as a novel "catalyst" to create and retell the story of traditional family reunions in a modern way, together "weaving" meaningful memories.

Sharing the campaign's vision, a representative from Coca-Cola Vietnam stated: “This year's Tet campaign is proof that modern activities and technology can coexist to honor authentic cultural values. As a bridge, we aim to inspire people to breathe new life into traditional rituals, creating a vibrant and cohesive Tet season.”

The spirit of "Weaving a New Year" is prominently displayed on the vibrant Tet packaging, featuring the iconic image of the Golden Swallow of spring, along with peach blossoms, apricot blossoms, gold coins, and red envelopes, subtly conveying wishes of peace, wealth, and prosperity to every household.

To bridge the generational gap, Coca-Cola will soon be launching a series of engaging interactive activities on its digital platform centered around redesigned Tet (Lunar New Year) items. With unique gifts from the brand such as stylized firecracker strings, lucky money envelopes, or tablecloths specially woven for Tet culinary celebrations, users will have the opportunity to create their own exciting Tet experiences.

To double the joy of the New Year, Coca-Cola is also launching a special promotion program, "Open the Tet Box - Win Amazing Prizes," with 10 chances to win an iPhone 17 every day, along with thousands of other valuable prizes. The promotion runs from December 1, 2025 to February 22, 2026, promising many exciting surprises for consumers.

Furthermore, Coca-Cola Vietnam continues to affirm its commitment to sustainable development with the community. This year, the global Coca-Cola Foundation and Coca-Cola Vietnam will provide over VND 9 billion in aid to help people in flood-affected areas quickly overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives, through the Vietnam Red Cross and CARE Vietnam, combined with in-kind contributions. At the same time, the humane "Zero-Cost Tet Market" program will continue for its fourth year, providing practical support to thousands of disadvantaged families so they can have a warm and fulfilling Tet holiday.
