Depending on the position, workers earn from 14 to 33 million VND per month; team leaders can earn 32–41 million VND/month. Ms. Bui Thi Lien, a plasterer who has joined VinCons for over half a year, shared: “Before, I worked in a private team, earning 9-14 million VND, but sometimes I had to wait several months to receive my salary.
