On the morning of November 17, the social housing project at CT3 building, CT3-CT4 plot, Kim Chung New Urban Area, Thien Loc commune, Hanoi officially received applications for purchase, rent and lease-purchase of social housing. It is understandable that many people showed up very early in the hope of getting an apartment. To facilitate people, some investors have proactively built a series of transparent solutions, announced detailed instructions so that people can easily access the project fairly and minimize unnecessary incidents.

At 7 a.m., there was still an hour until the investor opened the door to receive applications, but hundreds of people were already present at the Cultural - Information - Sports Center of Thien Loc commune, Hanoi, waiting to submit applications to buy apartments at the CT3 social housing project, Kim Chung New Urban Area.

The sticky rice packages brought early, the documents already prepared…, all are ready to look for the opportunity to own a cheap house. From young people, middle-aged people to the elderly in their seventies, everyone carries a hope.

Mr. Binh, 75 years old, after many years of living with his son's family, decided to apply for social housing to have a more comfortable living space. He prepared all the documents himself, after carefully studying the investor's publicly announced instructions.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Hanoi City said: "I read the company's instructions, then I can do it myself."

To avoid people having to queue for hours or go back and forth multiple times, the investor has deployed a number-taking machine. Every day, the investor receives 50 sets of documents. The receiving period lasts until January 3, 2026.

Mr. Duong Van Trong - Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi shared: "Serial number 250, appointment on the afternoon of the 21st to submit application".

Although there is no limit on the number of people dialing the number, to prevent people from dialing for others, reserving seats or taking advantage of others, the investor requires people to present their ID card, housing registration and confirmation of housing conditions from the Land Management Office when dialing the number.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Director of Project Management Board, joint venture of Viglacera - Handico investors commented: "There is no trading floor, direct transactions with the investor. During the process, within the sales team, we commit 100% that there is no work related to manual handling support in selling houses".

The investor said that immediately after the Hanoi Department of Construction reviews, a drawing will be held to sign the contract. The first apartments are expected to be handed over to customers in the first quarter of next year.
