97% of surveyed employees rated Amway Vietnam as a great place to work.
Based on security survey data from over 3.2 million voices and representing the experiences of 7.5 million workers, this year's list celebrates organizations that are pioneers in building trust, fostering innovation, upholding values, and demonstrating leadership.
To be considered for the ranking, companies must first be recognized as excellent workplaces in their respective countries by appearing in one or more Best Workplaces lists in Bahrain, Mainland China (including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan), India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, UAE, and Vietnam in 2024 or early 2025.
Amway has been recognized as a Great Place to Work®, with 97% of surveyed employees rating Amway as a great place to work, far exceeding the global average of just 59% for other companies (according to the Great Place to Work® Global Employee Engagement Study 2021).
By 2025, Amway continues to solidify this position, proudly achieving 100% (25/25) of the criteria with excellent results, including 92% or more of the employees being satisfied, and notably, 23 out of 25 criteria achieving 95% or higher. In addition, the Leadership Competence and Company Image and Reputation indices also showed impressive results of 97% and 95% respectively.

In 2025, Amway Vietnam concretized this commitment by implementing more than 260 training programs, recording 800 hours of learning with the committed participation of over 80% of its employees. The programs were designed to be diverse, ranging from personalized online courses tailored to each employee's development needs to in-person training sessions aimed at enhancing professional skills, building career paths, and promoting the application of technology, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), in daily work.
The high score of 96% in the criterion "Employees feel cared for and looked after" is clear evidence of Amway Vietnam's people-centric human resources strategy. Over the past year, the company has focused on implementing engagement activities to create a green, healthy, and joyful work environment, fostering teamwork and spreading positive energy throughout the organization. This comprehensive care is specifically demonstrated through two main initiatives directly related to lifestyle development.
With the "Turn Off Plastic – Turn On Green Office" campaign promoting social responsibility and sustainable living by encouraging employees to minimize plastic waste and refresh their workspaces, the "Better & Healthier You" program series, including Nutritional Breakfasts and Sports Community, has significantly contributed to forming healthy lifestyle habits, helping employees achieve optimal physical and mental balance.
