Cluster No. 2 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2025 and implement tasks for 2026.

Cluster No. 2 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will hold a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2025 and implement tasks for 2026 on December 20, 2025, in Yen Tu ward, Quang Ninh province.

Based on Decision No. 1155/QD-BVHTTDL dated April 24, 2025, of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the recognition of the Emulation Cluster of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector in 2025; and Plan No. 201/KH-CTĐ dated June 26, 2025, of Emulation Cluster No. 2 on the emulation work of Emulation Cluster No. 2, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; In accordance with Document No. 6248/BVHTTDL-TCCB dated November 18, 2025, from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regarding guidance on awarding commendations at the end of the 2025 Emulation Cluster of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Sector, Emulation Cluster No. 2 – Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, has developed a plan to organize a conference to summarize emulation and commendation work in 2025 and implement tasks for 2026 of Emulation Cluster No. 2 (including: Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong and Quang Ninh provinces and cities, and the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh province).

Cluster No. 2 of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector held a conference to summarize emulation work in 2024.

The conference was organized to summarize the emulation and reward work in 2025 and set forth directions and tasks for 2026; thereby promptly encouraging collectives and individuals with achievements in organizing and implementing the patriotic emulation movement associated with the political tasks of each agency and unit; promoting the achievements and results obtained and proposing solutions to overcome the limitations of the emulation movement and reward work.

At the same time, we commend and honor collectives and individuals who have achieved outstanding and exemplary results in patriotic emulation movements.

The review process must ensure quality and effectiveness; accurately assess the results of emulation and reward activities in 2025 and set forth directions and tasks for 2026.

Awards and commendations must be based on a proper assessment of the work performance of agencies and units within Emulation Cluster No. 2.

The evaluation process for emulation awards must ensure transparency, accuracy, adherence to procedures, quality, and effectiveness.

To build a united and cohesive Emulation Cluster No. 2; to encourage and motivate all civil servants, public employees, and workers to resolutely complete all assigned targets and tasks excellently.

The conference summarizing emulation and reward work in 2025 and implementing tasks for 2026 of Emulation Cluster No. 2 - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will be held on December 20, 2025 in Yen Tu ward, Quang Ninh province.
