From October 2024 to September 2025, SHB Mastercard credit card transaction volume increased by nearly 170% compared to the same period last year, and the number of cards increased by more than 200% compared to 2024, demonstrating the product's attractiveness in the market.

Besides upgrading features, SHB is promoting product lines tailored to specific needs. For example, the SHB Mastercard World card is for high-end customers with privileges for golf, dining, and global airport lounges; SHB MC Cashback offers superior cashback on essential spending categories such as supermarkets, education, healthcare, insurance, and fashion ; and SHB Truly Free provides a "spending without hidden fees" experience, suitable for young customers who value financial freedom, along with a family card ecosystem structured according to the needs of family members.
