SHB was one of the first banks to launch QR Pay payment services in Vietnam in 2018. In just the first 10 months of 2025, the bank recorded millions of transactions via QR Pay, demonstrating the increasing trust of customers in this method.

“In the future, SHB will continue to expand its strategic cooperation with Napas to develop smart payment platforms, proactive security, and transaction processing capabilities according to international standards. Our goal is to provide a seamless payment experience for users across all channels,” an SHB representative emphasized.

SHB aims to become the most beloved digital bank and the best retail bank. The bank's vision for 2035 is to become a leading modern retail and digital bank in the region.
