Bach Mai Ward: Complete all socio-economic development targets for 2025.

HNP - On the afternoon of December 15th, the People's Committee of Bach Mai Ward implemented the socio-economic plan, budget revenue and expenditure estimates, and administrative and public service staffing plan for 2026.

To date, Bach Mai ward has completed 12 out of 12 socio- economic development, security, and national defense targets for 2025, including 2 targets exceeding the plan; and has excellently completed all unexpected and emerging tasks.

In 2025, the total state budget revenue in the ward for the first 11 months was over 1,494 billion VND; the estimated total revenue for the whole year is over 1,763 billion VND.

As of the reporting date, the ward's disbursement progress reached 198 billion 872 million VND, equivalent to over 82% of the adjusted and supplemented capital plan and 102.2% of the capital plan before adjustments and supplements (194 billion 595 million VND). It is projected that the ward will achieve 100% of the adjusted and supplemented capital plan for the whole year...

In particular, the ward has completed construction and put into use in time for the new school year 2025-2026 for the following schools: 8/3 Kindergarten, Nguyen Phong Sac Secondary School, Ha Huy Tap Secondary School, Doan Ket High School - Hai Ba Trung...

By 2026, the ward strives to achieve 100% of the city's assigned targets for local budget revenue; a growth rate of 10.5-11% in the total value of local products; an average per capita income of 123.6 million VND/person/year; 100% of households having access to clean water; and 100% of household waste being sorted, collected, and transported daily.

The ward will accelerate the implementation of projects in the 2026 plan. At the same time, it will focus on leading, directing, and coordinating the implementation of key projects and works such as: the extended Vo Thi Sau road project; the Vo Thi Sau Park project; and the project to renovate old apartment buildings in the area.

To effectively fulfill the tasks for 2026, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Committee of the ward, Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, requested relevant units to implement six key task groups. Specifically, focus on implementing targets and tasks associated with evaluating the plan targets assigned for the entire term according to the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress; complete payment documents and procedures; recover advances and disburse funds for expenditure tasks…; and carry out the closing of accounts and budget settlement for 2025 in accordance with regulations.

In particular, units should urgently accelerate the development of plans to implement socio-economic development tasks according to their respective sectors and fields of management, paying attention to specific tasks such as budget revenue and expenditure, and the implementation of socio-cultural and educational targets. These plans should clearly define goals and targets, with implementation timelines starting from January 2026.

Looking ahead, from now until the Gregorian New Year and the Lunar New Year of the Horse, departments and units need to focus on preparing thorough plans so that everyone can celebrate the New Year. At the same time, they should make good preparations for organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the area...
