DOJI is about to begin construction on a project featuring a super-tower that will be among the tallest in Vietnam.

Dragon 75 Complex is located in a prime location – the heart of the developing North Cam River area, which is being shaped as the "new heart" of Hai Phong city. The project is situated directly opposite the new Administrative Center , fully benefiting from the strategic development axis and the rapid transformation of the city.

Overall project perspective

The project, spanning nearly 2 hectares, is designed as an iconic architectural complex, comprising: a 75-story mixed-use tower, Dragon Jade 75, and a 41-story luxury apartment tower, Dragon Amber Residence. Of these, Dragon Jade 75, standing at 388 meters tall, is the highlight of the entire complex.

Currently, Vietnam has only two completed and operational buildings over 70 stories high: Landmark 81 (81 stories) in Ho Chi Minh City and Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower (72 stories) in Hanoi . Upon commencement, Dragon Jade 75 will officially become the tallest building in Northern Vietnam and among the top three tallest towers in the country. The project is expected to create a new milestone for the trend of vertical urban development, while also marking a significant transformation of Vietnam's high-end real estate segment on its journey towards international standards.

Under the creative hand of architect Massimo Mercurio – ranked among the top 31 architects in the world by DAC, co-founder and CEO of Mercurio Design Lab (Italy), a globally renowned architectural firm – the image of the Dragon, a sacred creature in East Asian culture, became the main inspiration for Dragon 75 Complex, creating an architectural masterpiece that is modern, magnificent, and rich in symbolic value.

Besides its impressive design, the project also integrates a modern, high-class "all-in-one" amenities system including a 5-star hotel, luxury offices, high-end apartments, branded apartments, a shopping mall, restaurants, and impressive rooftop amenities such as a sky pool, sky garden, sky disco, observation deck, and especially a helipad.
