The Conference summarizing Party work and business activities in 2025 and outlining tasks for 2026 of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) took place against the backdrop of a year ending with many outstanding achievements. Under the close leadership of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group, the spirit of solidarity, resilience in overcoming difficulties, and aspiration for excellence of the collective of cadres, Party members, and employees of BSR were clearly affirmed by comprehensive results, creating momentum for a breakthrough in the new phase.

On the morning of December 16, 2025, BSR held a Workers' Conference to review the achievements of the past year. The conference discussed, exchanged ideas, and agreed on the main tasks and solutions for implementing the 2026 plan. The conference also included an assessment of the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, policies related to the rights and interests of employees, the results of implementing corporate culture, the results of implementing the grassroots democracy regulations, measures to improve working conditions, and the approval of the 2026 Collective Labor Agreement.
At the Workers' Conference, the General Director of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company presented Certificates of Commendation to 8 outstanding collectives and 15 outstanding individuals in 2025.
On the afternoon of December 16, 2025, BSR held a conference to summarize Party work and business activities in 2025 and to implement tasks for 2026.
Cultural performances to welcome the Conference
Attending the conference were Comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, along with representatives of the leaders of provincial departments, agencies, the Dung Quat Economic Zone and neighboring localities around the factory area.

Representing the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Corporation were Mr. Le Manh Hung – Member of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Board of Members of the Corporation; Mr. Tran Quang Dung – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Petrovietnam Party Committee, along with members of the Board of Members, the General Directorate of Petrovietnam, and representatives of the leadership of Petrovietnam's specialized departments and member units.

Representing BSR were Comrade Bui Ngoc Duong – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Comrade Nguyen Viet Thang – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Company, along with members of the Party Committee Executive Board, Board of Directors, General Directorate, Supervisory Board, leaders of subordinate Party branches and committees, political and social organizations, member units and nearly 200 delegates representing more than 1,600 BSR employees.

Comrade Bui Ngoc Duong - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company - presented the Report summarizing the Party's work in 2025. The report clearly stated that the BSR Party Committee has comprehensively and synchronously led all aspects of work; maintained principles and discipline; and promoted the role of the political nucleus in the enterprise. Party building, inspection and supervision, mass mobilization, and leadership of mass organizations continued to be effectively implemented, creating a solid political foundation for production and business activities.
Comrade Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Company - presented the 2025 Business Performance Report and the 2026 plan. With flexible management solutions, proactive business strategies, and digital transformation identified as breakthrough tools in management, BSR has completed and exceeded all planned targets for 2025. Entering 2026, BSR aims to continue operating the refinery safely and stably; increase capacity to 123–125%; promote innovation, digital transformation, expand international business, and optimize cash flow.
Digital Assistant - General Director of BSR, Nguyen Viet Thang, presented the Business Performance Report for 2025 and the plan for 2026.
Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hoang Giang, acknowledged and highly appreciated BSR's contributions to the socio-economic development and local budget.
Comrade Le Manh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Board of Members of Petrovietnam - emphasized BSR's pioneering role in ensuring national energy security, and requested the company to continue innovating its growth model and enhancing its competitiveness in the coming period.
At the conference, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province awarded two Certificates of Commendation to BSR Company for its outstanding achievements in implementing social welfare policies and complying well with tax policies and laws in 2025.
The Party Committee of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Corporation awarded a Certificate of Commendation to the BSR Party Committee for outstanding achievements in fulfilling its tasks in 2025.
Comrade Nguyen Viet Thang – General Director of BSR – launched the emulation movement for 2026, calling on all employees to uphold traditions, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to contribute, determined to successfully achieve the set goals.
