The Party Committee of PTSC Corporation held a conference to review the performance of collectives and individuals in leadership and management in 2025.

The conference was honored to welcome Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, Member of the Party Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group. On the PTSC side, the conference was chaired by Mr. Phan Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC, and moderated by Mr. Tran Ho Bac, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of PTSC. Attendees included members of the Party Committee Standing Committee, the Board of Directors, the General Management Board, the Supervisory Board, and the Chief Accountant of the Corporation.

Overview of the Conference

The conference focused on a serious, frank, and comprehensive review of the collectives, including the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, as well as individuals such as members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, and the Chief Accountant of the Corporation. In the spirit of self-criticism and constructive criticism, democracy, and responsibility, the conference analyzed and clarified the achievements and outstanding strengths, while also identifying shortcomings, limitations, and their causes in the leadership, direction, and implementation of tasks in 2025. Based on the assessments of 2025, the conference unanimously determined the direction, objectives, and key solutions to overcome limitations, enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, and contribute to the effective implementation of the Corporation's political tasks and business plan in 2026.

Comrade Tran Ho Bac - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of PTSC, presented the self-assessment report.

The delegates attending the Conference actively discussed and contributed many heartfelt, frank, and constructive opinions regarding the collectives and individuals being reviewed. These opinions demonstrate a high level of concern and responsibility towards Party building, governance, and management, and serve as an important basis for PTSC to continue improving its leadership methods, enhancing operational efficiency, and aiming for stable and sustainable development in 2026 and beyond.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa, Member of the Party Committee Executive Board and Standing Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the Group, delivered a speech at the Conference.

Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of unity, cohesion, proactiveness, and decisiveness of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the General Director of PTSC in leadership, direction, and management. She emphasized that the solidarity, determination, and responsibility of the PTSC staff, Party members, and employees in carrying out their tasks have created an important foundation, helping the Corporation to complete and exceed its 2025 plan targets.

Comrade Phan Thanh Tung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC Corporation, delivered the concluding remarks at the Conference.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Phan Thanh Tung – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation – assessed that the collectives and individual leaders and managers of the Corporation had seriously reviewed and complied with the regulations and guidelines of the superior Party Committee, with a spirit of unity and responsibility… He expressed confidence that in 2026 the Corporation will achieve even greater achievements, worthy of being a key unit of the Vietnam National Energy Industry Group.
