The Human Act Prize is a national award, now in its third year, with the theme "Perseverance in Service," continuing its journey of inspiring and honoring community-oriented actions that have a profound and widespread impact on society.

Speaking at the awards ceremony, Central Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and Head of the Award Organizing Committee, Le Quoc Minh, said: "With this award, the moment of receiving the trophy is not the end but the beginning, because the award was created not only to honor an individual or an organization but to awaken many others. It is not meant to end with a ceremony but to open a new journey, choosing to become part of actions for the community together. We believe that the award only truly lives on when it continues to generate action afterward. This year, we are witnessing that entering into life."

According to the Award Organizing Committee: Over the past three years, the most valuable thing the Award has built is the portrait of dedicated individuals, spanning from cities to rural areas, from mountainous regions to islands, from Vietnam to the world . They are not characters from fairy tales, nor are they names frequently appearing in newspapers. They are ordinary people, yet possessing extraordinary energy – the energy of unwavering service, without calculating gains or losses, without measuring their efforts.

At this year's awards ceremony, the Community Action Award Council presented awards in the Inspirational category to 5 projects: Coloring Memories - Skyline, Vietnamese Family Home, Hair Library, Humanity in the Waves, and Lighting a Match.

In addition to the official award categories, at this year's awards ceremony, the Community Action Award Council decided to add a special category called "Silent Service".

This category is dedicated to recognizing and honoring individuals and projects that have made sustained contributions, created positive impacts, and strongly inspired the community, but for various reasons were unable to participate. The addition of this category reflects the open and humane spirit of the Community Action Award, aiming to ensure that no one is overlooked who is quietly and selflessly dedicating themselves to society.
