Studying, understanding, and implementing the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

On the afternoon of December 16th, the Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to study, understand, disseminate, and implement the Resolution and Action Program of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, and several new documents from the Central and Provincial authorities. The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, connecting to the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies; the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; the Provincial Police Department; the Provincial Military Command; and the Party Committees of communes and wards throughout the province.

Attending the conference were: Comrade Le Thanh Do - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Mua A Vang - Alternate Member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; and other members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of provincial departments and agencies; and former provincial leaders. Attending the conference at the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism's branch were Comrade Nguyen Hoang Hiep - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Department's Party Committee, along with all Party members in the entire sector.

In his opening remarks at the conference, Comrade Le Thanh Do emphasized: The conference aims to convey official documents, translating policies into actions through specific programs and plans; demonstrating the political determination of the entire Party, army, and people in putting the resolutions of the Provincial Party Congress into practice. Every cadre and Party member, especially leaders, must renew their understanding, viewing Party documents, resolutions, and action programs as political documents and guiding principles for all leadership, guidance, and implementation in the new period.

At the conference, delegates heard presentations from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Party Committees on the core and fundamental contents of the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; the overall program of the 15th Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030; and a number of documents, conclusions, and regulations from the Central and Provincial levels.

Concluding the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested that Party committees, Party organizations, government agencies, and heads of agencies, units, and localities immediately develop and implement action plans and programs to carry out the Resolution and work programs in accordance with practical realities. The contents should be concretized in a way that clearly defines objectives, responsibilities, tasks, timelines, and accountability, avoiding formalism and mere copying. The content of the Congress Resolution should continue to be thoroughly disseminated to all cadres, Party members, and the people, creating unity in viewpoints, understanding, and determination throughout the political system in its implementation. All levels and sectors should closely focus on leadership and guidance, determined to work together with the entire province to successfully achieve the goals set forth in the Congress Resolution. Leaders at all levels must set an example and take the lead in studying, understanding, and implementing the Resolution; Seriously implement Regulation No. 366-QĐ/TW, with the results of task implementation linked to the assessment of the completion level of collectives and individuals (the implementation of Resolution targets will be an important criterion in year-end ranking, in planning, appointment, and evaluation of cadre quality). Mobilize resources and organize the synchronized implementation of breakthroughs and key tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
