Present to the Prime Minister to award Certificates of Merit to individuals of the U23 Vietnam coaching staff

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy signed Document No. 429/TTr-BVHTTDL sent to the Prime Minister on awarding the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to individuals for outstanding achievements at the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Football Championship held in Indonesia.

Accordingly, pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated June 15, 2022; Pursuant to Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2025/ND-CP dated February 28, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism respectfully presents to the Prime Minister a Certificate of Merit to 5 individuals including: Mr. Kim Sang Sik (Korean nationality) - Head Coach of the National U23 Men's Football Team; Mr. Yoon Dong Hun (Korean nationality) - Assistant Coach of the National U23 Men's Football Team; Mr. Lee Jung Soo (Korean nationality) - Assistant Coach of the National U23 Men's Football Team; Mr. Lee Woon Jae (Korean nationality) - Assistant Coach of the National U23 Men's Football Team; Mr. Cedric Serge Christian Roger (French nationality) - Assistant Coach of the National U23 Men's Football Team.

The above 5 individuals have had achievements in training and directing excellent athletes to win the Gold Medal at the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Football Championship held in Indonesia.

The above commendation cases have been reviewed and assessed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure compliance with regulations on subjects, standards, procedures, and documents as prescribed in Point c, Clause 1, Article 73 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation and Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP of the Government .
