Da Nang launches DNEX Simulation platform: A pioneering step in developing national digital finance

On October 10, in Da Nang city, DNEX Digital Asset Exchange Joint Stock Company held the launching ceremony of DNEX Simulation technology platform - the first digital asset trading simulation model in Vietnam. The event marked an important first step in the development roadmap of the digital asset market, contributing to the goal of making Da Nang an International Financial Center according to Resolution No. 222/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly.

In the context of digital transformation taking place strongly around the world, digital assets are considered a field with great development potential, but also pose many challenges in human resource management and training. DNEX's choice of Da Nang as the place to deploy the DNEX Simulation platform demonstrates a methodical and cautious approach, linking innovation with legal compliance and sustainable development orientation.

DNEX Simulation is introduced as a high-tech platform, operating in a sandbox environment - simulating the controlled digital asset trading process. This platform allows learners, investors and researchers to practice all steps in the trading process, from portfolio management, risk assessment to market operations, without taking on actual financial risks. This is a pioneering model serving education , training and research in the fields of blockchain, digital finance and digital asset technology in Vietnam.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Chairman of the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance, affirmed: "DNEX's deployment of a digital asset training simulation model in Da Nang is a golden opportunity for the city to take the lead in the field of digital finance, moving towards becoming a regional financial center. Along with that, popularizing knowledge, standardizing operations and training high-quality human resources will be an important driving force for Da Nang to attract international investment and participate more deeply in the global financial value chain."

According to Mr. Thang, DNEX's choice of Da Nang as its headquarters for research, testing and technology development is in line with the Government 's policy on piloting the crypto asset market (Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP) and the orientation to develop the city into a national innovation center.

The launch of DNEX Simulation is considered a cautious and strategic first step. Currently, the platform only operates on a simulation and training scale, and does not yet provide real trading services. DNEX said that in the next phase, when the legal corridor for digital assets is completed and the technical conditions are fully met, the enterprise will complete the documents and carry out procedures to apply for an official operating license in accordance with Vietnamese law.

Also at the event, DNEX signed a strategic cooperation agreement with domestic and foreign partners, aiming to build a comprehensive innovation ecosystem in the field of digital finance. The implementation of DNEX Simulation is not only the first step for a new economic model but also a vivid expression of the spirit of proactive integration and development of the digital economy associated with national digital transformation - one of the three strategic breakthroughs set forth in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

The launch of DNEX Simulation in Da Nang is expected to contribute to promoting the formation of a transparent, safe and sustainable digital asset market; at the same time, affirming Vietnam's determination in building a modern, integrated financial system, taking science - technology and innovation as key driving forces for national development in the new period.
