Organizing the "Essence of Vietnamese Culture" section at the Autumn Fair 2025

Based on Decision No. 2172/QD-TTg dated October 3, 2025, of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the "Autumn Fair 2025"; Based on Decision No. 2816/QD-BCT dated October 8, 2025, of the Minister of Industry and Trade – Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for the Autumn Fair 2025, on the approval of the plan for organizing the Autumn Fair 2025; At the request of the Director of the Copyright Department;… the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision approving the Plan for organizing the "Essence of Vietnamese Culture" section at the Autumn Fair 2025.

The "Essence of Vietnamese Culture" section at the 2025 Autumn Fair aims to promote trade, connect supply and demand, stimulate domestic consumption, support businesses in expanding export markets, and develop brands, products, and services in the Vietnamese cultural industry.

Simultaneously, organize commercial activities, promotion, and advertising of products and services in a professional manner to boost market development for cultural industry products. Organize cultural, artistic, information, and communication activities to promote the fair, attract customers, and contribute to strengthening cooperation, signing trade agreements, and developing brands, products, and services in the cultural industry.

The "Essence of Vietnamese Culture" section at the 2025 Autumn Fair is scheduled to take place from October 26, 2025 to November 4, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center, Dong Anh commune, Hanoi city.

The "Essence of Vietnamese Culture" section is expected to include booths such as: Software and game booths; Publishing booths; Film booths; Performing arts booths; Sports booths; Fine arts, fashion , and handicraft booths; and Tourism booths.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that the design and construction of the central stage and exhibition booths be synchronized, modern, unified, open and interconnected, clearly reflecting the theme, ensuring aesthetics and attractiveness, applying advanced technology and multimedia, helping visitors easily access information, experience, and shop.

Organize cultural and artistic activities to attract tourists, provide experiences, facilitate shopping, and promote trade activities such as forums, cooperation agreements, business networking events, and the introduction of new products and technologies; foster cooperation between Vietnamese and international businesses.

In particular, absolute security, safety, fire prevention, environmental hygiene, and food safety will be ensured, serving the needs of domestic and international tourists and businesses throughout the duration of the Fair.

During the implementation process, if any difficulties arise or any adjustments are needed, agencies and units are requested to submit written reports (through the Copyright Department for compilation) to the Ministry's leadership for consideration and decision.

The Chief of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Copyright Office, and the heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
