Long Hung Commune: Enforced land recovery to implement the project of Investment, Construction and Business of Duc Hiep Industrial Cluster Infrastructure

On the morning of October 8, the Long Hung Commune Land Recovery Enforcement Board coordinated with the Hung Ha Regional Land Fund Development Branch to organize land recovery enforcement to implement the Duc Hiep Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project, Phase 1.

Members of the Long Hung Commune Land Reclamation Enforcement Committee are carrying out enforcement tasks.

The Duc Hiep Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project covers an area of ​​54 hectares, located in the villages of Nua, Duong Xa, and Tong Xuyen. Phase 1, comprising 15 hectares, involves the land acquisition of over 320 households. Through persuasion and negotiation, the majority of households have agreed to and accepted the compensation and support plan, handing over the land in accordance with regulations.   However, there are still 10 households involved with 6 plots of land who have not agreed to hand over the land.

To ensure the project's progress, the Long Hung Commune Land Reclamation Enforcement Board organized the forced reclamation of 4,073 m² of land from the aforementioned households.   During the enforcement process, Long Hung commune fully implemented the enforcement procedures and regulations as prescribed by law, ensuring transparency and absolute safety for the people and vehicles involved in the enforcement.
