One morning at the Krông Nô Commune Public Administrative Service Center, Ms. Hờ Ngoan Ro Luk from Ba Yang village came to register her child's birth. Thanks to the dedicated guidance of the staff, she completed all the paperwork in just 5 minutes. Furthermore, the staff assisted her in installing level 2 electronic identification and provided additional information on essential administrative procedures for each household.
Ms. Hờ Khiêu Liêng Hót from Lách Dơng village, who came to complete administrative procedures, shared: “Previously, I was very confused because I didn't understand the regulations. Now, with the guidance of the officials, everything is much easier.”

According to Ms. Ho Can Ro Luk, Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Department of Krong No Commune, the unit always assigns staff to be on duty regularly to guide people in completing administrative procedures. In particular, Krong No Commune has established a "rapid response team," ready to provide support when people need it. This is one of the highlights in the reform of the working style and methods of the local government in Krong No Commune.
Along with improving service style, the Krong No Commune Public Administrative Service Center has invested in digital infrastructure. The center is considered to be a stable operating unit, included in the "green" program, and meeting the requirements for shared and interconnected digital infrastructure.

The effectiveness of administrative reform in Krông Nô is clearly demonstrated by monthly figures. In November 2025, the Commune Public Administrative Service Center received 112 applications; 100% of which were processed on time, with no complaints related to the processing procedures. Simultaneously, the acceptance and delivery of results through online public services at levels 3 and 4 were promoted, contributing to saving time and costs for citizens and businesses. All feedback and suggestions from citizens were received and processed promptly and in accordance with regulations.
Besides the positive results, some inter-agency coordination processes still take a long time due to complex procedures. The rate of people using online public services is not yet high…
According to Nguyen Van Huyen, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong No Commune, despite certain difficulties, administrative reform in Krong No Commune has achieved significant results, creating a clear improvement in the quality of service to the people. In the coming time, with strong political determination, the consensus of the people and businesses, and the continued improvement of digital infrastructure and the enhancement of the capacity of officials, administrative reform in Krong No is expected to continue to make breakthroughs, contributing to building a modern, transparent, and people-serving administration.
