Presenting hybrid cattle farming models to young people from ethnic minority communities.

QTO - On December 13th, the Quang Tri Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with the Vietnam Youth Support Center, organized a training course on transferring scientific and technical knowledge and handed over hybrid cattle farming models to households in Dan Hoa and Thuong Trach communes.

The training course was held at the La Trong 1 village community cultural center (Dan Hoa commune) in the morning and at Cooc village (Thuong Trach commune) in the afternoon, attracting a large number of youth union members, young people, and local residents. The training focused on techniques for building barns, caring for breeding cows, and preventing and treating common diseases, with direct guidance from local technical staff.

Immediately after the training session, the organizing committee handed over 20 hybrid cattle farming models to 20 households in Dan Hoa commune and 30 models to 30 households in Thuong Trach commune. All cattle were health-checked, quality-assured, and transferred through a public and transparent lottery system.
