Free medical examinations and medication distribution for residents of Duc Phu commune.

DNO - On December 13th, the Da Nang City Young Doctors Association, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Duc Phu commune and other units, organized a program to provide consultations, medical examinations, dispense medicine, and give gifts to 300 local residents.

The program was attended by Mr. Truong Van Dat, Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam Young Doctors Association, Deputy Head of the Planning and Synthesis Department (Office of the Ministry of Health ); and Mr. Nguyen Duy Minh, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City.

According to Dr. Tran Dinh Trung, Vice President of the Young Doctors Association of Da Nang City, the activity involved 30 young doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and technicians, demonstrating their responsibility for community health, especially focusing on households affected by recent natural disasters.

The activities also provide opportunities for young doctors to develop their expertise and pioneering spirit, contributing to the spread of the movements "Young Doctors' Pioneering and Volunteering for Community Health" and "For a Healthy Vietnam".

In the coming period, the City's Young Doctors Association will continue to coordinate with localities to implement many practical activities, contributing to improving the quality of healthcare for the people.
