From the very first meeting, Khanh Dan impressed with her bright, intelligent face, petite yet striking figure, and confident demeanor. When asked what motivated her and her friends to establish the "Green Touch" project in February 2026—a time when most graduating students are focused on studying and exams—she happily shared: "During my studies, I realized that many young people, and myself in particular, are caught up in the pressure of grades, social media, and the pursuit of achievements, neglecting their physical and mental health. That's why my friends and I created 'Green Touch'—a place where people can connect, exercise, and spread positive values. Although we are busy graduating students, we believe that youth is more meaningful when we dare to start something useful, instead of waiting until we are 'old enough' to act."
Accordingly, the communication, knowledge-sharing, and community-connecting activities of "Green Touch" have created a positive environment for people to learn together, develop themselves, and gradually form healthy lifestyle habits.

In Season 1, the project focused on one of the most pressing issues among young people today: the lack of physical activity in their daily lives. As learning and entertainment become increasingly intertwined with technological devices, many young people are developing sedentary lifestyles without realizing the long-term effects on their physical and mental health.
Recognizing this, the project aims to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity through creative and accessible communication activities, while encouraging young people to gradually build positive exercise habits.

Beyond simply providing information, Season 1 also created practical experiences and interactive environments, helping participants understand that exercise doesn't have to be complicated or restrictive, but can begin with small changes in their daily lives.
“Nowadays, many students spend most of their time on phones, social media, or studying for extended periods, causing them to neglect physical activity. Many frequently stay up late, sit for long periods, participate in few outdoor activities, and gradually lose balance between academics and mental health. I myself used to be quite introverted and not particularly fond of exercise. But thanks to my family's encouragement to get involved in sports from an early age, I realized that physical training not only makes you healthier but also helps you become more positive, confident, and balanced in life. Seeing many young people becoming increasingly tired, stressed, and disconnected in real life, I wanted to create an activity that helps people step out of their comfort zone and rediscover positive energy. That's also why my friends and I chose the theme 'Lack of physical activity among young people' for Season 1,” Khánh Đan shared.

Based on that theme, on May 17, 2026, the project organized the "Run To Shine" event at the Co Dau Ecological Park in Dong Ha Ward, attracting approximately 50 young people to participate in team games combined with puzzle challenges.
This is not simply about running or physical activity; the event is also an interactive and connecting journey of experience. The combination of physical activity and puzzles makes the activity more enjoyable and relatable to young people, especially those who were previously not very interested in sports.

“I think that studying is very important, but physical and mental health are equally important. Young people today often put too much pressure on themselves and forget that they also need rest, exercise, and connection with the world around them. I hope you understand that exercise doesn't necessarily have to be something grand; sometimes just spending time playing sports, jogging, or participating in outdoor activities is a way to take better care of yourself. When the body is healthy and the mind is positive, we will have more energy to study, develop, and pursue long-term goals…,” Khánh Đan shared.
Ms. Bui Thanh Van, homeroom teacher of the 12th grade History and Geography class at Le Quy Don Specialized High School, commented: “When entering the school, Khanh Dan was the top-scoring student in the Geography specialization entrance exam. Even more commendable, throughout her studies, she has continuously strived to excel. Besides that, I am also very impressed with her sense of responsibility and dynamism in social activities, spreading positive energy to those around her. I believe that with her abilities, ambition, and positive spirit, Khanh Dan will go even further in the future and continue to create many good values for the community.”
