On the afternoon of May 25th, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department organized the June 2026 Central Reporting Officers Conference in a hybrid format, connecting over 2,000 locations nationwide. In Ca Mau province, the conference was connected to 77 locations.

• Improving the quality of the team of lecturers in the provincial armed forces.
• Enhancing oral communication through public speaking competitions.

Attending the conference at the Ca Mau provincial level were Comrade Ho Trung Viet, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; leaders of departments, agencies and the team of speakers in the province.

At the conference, delegates were informed about many key topics, related to issues that are currently of particular concern to the public.

Regarding the 2026 Law on the Capital City, the central rapporteur focused on in-depth analysis of specific mechanisms and policies aimed at creating new development momentum for Hanoi , such as decentralization, delegation of power, urban management, attracting investment resources, infrastructure development, and administrative reform, towards building a civilized and modern capital city, maintaining its role as the leading engine of national development.

Regarding preparations for the 14th National Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union , the conference emphasized the need to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of trade union activities in the new situation. This includes focusing on dialogue, concentrating on improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time promoting the role of trade union organizations in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

Regarding the 2026 High School Graduation Examination and university/college entrance examination , representatives from the Ministry of Education and Training provided detailed information on new aspects of the exam structure, admission methods, examination organization, and solutions to ensure fairness and transparency. The Ministry of Education and Training also requested that localities strengthen communication and guidance efforts to ensure students and parents understand the regulations and are prepared for the new aspects of this year's examination.

Delivering a directive speech at the Conference, Comrade Phan Xuan Thuy, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, requested that the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Departments at all levels and the speakers continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of oral propaganda work. He urged them to continue disseminating information on the evaluation and replication of good and effective practices after one year of implementing the two-tiered local government model; and to promote the implementation of Party resolutions, providing timely ideological guidance and creating consensus and unity among cadres, Party members, and the people, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development of the locality and the country.
