At the conference, representatives from the Agribank Party Committee's Human Resources and Organization Department announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Agribank Party Committee appointing Mr. Phan Ngoc Linh as Secretary of the Agribank Gia Lai Branch Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and the decision of the Agribank Board of Members regarding the transfer and appointment of Mr. Phan Ngoc Linh, Deputy Director of Agribank Dak Lak Branch, to the position of Director of Agribank Gia Lai Branch.

Mr. Phan Ngoc Linh was born in 1971; his professional qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking; a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting for Manufacturing Industries from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Finance and Accounting; and a Bachelor's degree in English Language from Quy Nhon University.
Mr. Phan Ngoc Linh has worked at Agribank's Level 3 Branch in Ea Knech, Krong Pak District (Dak Lak Province) since 1997. He has held various positions including credit officer, Head of Credit Department, credit and international payment officer, Branch Director, and Head of Internal Control Department. He has been the Deputy Director of Agribank Dak Lak Province Branch (now Agribank Dak Lak Branch) since July 2019.
