Approximately 600 delegates from provincial-level departments, agencies, commune-level People's Committees, and public administrative service centers throughout the province attended the conference.
Over two days (December 12-13, 2025), delegates received training and studied the following topics: a set of indicators for serving citizens and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures and providing public services based on real-time data; assessment of the impact of administrative procedures in proposing the drafting of legal documents, drafting projects, and drafting legal documents; receiving and processing feedback and suggestions on the National Public Service Portal; methods for accessing administrative procedures on the National Database of Administrative Procedures; standardization of administrative procedure data on the National Database of Administrative Procedures; guidance on searching, cross-checking, and requesting support in online payments on the National Public Service Portal; and the process of digitizing records and results of administrative procedure resolution on the administrative procedure resolution information system…

The conference aims to equip officials and civil servants with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform tasks related to administrative procedure control, one-stop service centers, and integrated one-stop service centers at agencies, units, and localities; support the synchronized implementation of digital transformation tasks; and enhance the sharing of practical experiences and address difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process at units and localities.
